Overview
My work focuses on adults who are navigating the effects of past or recent trauma. You may not be sure if you've experienced trauma or not, and that is absolutely okay. Getting a better understanding of your story is part of the purpose of therapy.

I offer a warm, safe, and accepting therapeutic space to work through concerns related to:

- PTSD (stemming from adult or childhood trauma)
- Relationship issues
- LGBTQI-related issues
- Living with HIV
- Grief and loss
- Spiritual trauma
- Coercive control
- Anxiety and depression

TELETHERAPY:
I offer Washington residents the option of either in-person or virtual teletherapy sessions.
If you are an Oregon resident, I am able to see you in-person at my office in Vancouver.
Services and Fees
Note: I am not able to accept payment through health insurance at this time. Accepted forms of payment for sessions include: cash, credit card, or HSA payments.

For those who are eligible, I am contracted to be reimbursed through WA State Early Intervention Program (EIP) and WA State Crime Victims Compensation Program. If you have questions about eligibility criteria for either of these programs, please let me know and we can discuss this further.

As per the No Surprises Act in effect as of January 1, 2022, a Good Faith Estimate of expected cost is available upon scheduling or upon request.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to alleviate the effects of trauma. I am trained in Somatic- and Attachment-Focused EMDR, which can be used to treat both childhood and adult trauma.
This can be integrated into long-term individual therapy, or you may choose to do short-term EMDR therapy (about 10-16 sessions).
I offer 55-minute sessions for EMDR therapy, although some folks prefer to schedule EMDR sessions for 75 minutes depending on their therapy needs.

60-minute therapy session: $160 per session
75-minute therapy session: $190 per session

*I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who cannot afford the full rate.
